In the current business environment which relies heavily on cross-border partnerships and transactions, international sanctions have become a key element to consider. Recent fines and OFAC settlements have shown that banks are not the only ones that must keep their eyes wide open when international sanctions are involved.
Informative videos but some of the content fades in and out too quickly not allowing enough time to absorb the changes!

Sanctions represent a significant regulatory risk but having effective policies and procedures can mitigate these risks.
